DuckTales recap

Scrooge McDuck, the richest duck in the world, takes in his grandnephews Huey, Dewey and Louie while their uncle Donald serves in the Navy, and the boys are soon tagging along on his treasure hunts. The household at McDuck Manor includes the nanny Mrs. Beakley, her granddaughter Webby, and the butler Duckworth, with Launchpad McQuack crashing Scrooge's planes and Gyro Gearloose inventing gadgets. Scrooge guards his Number One Dime and his Money Bin against Flintheart Glomgold, the Beagle Boys and the sorceress Magica De Spell. The long first season is mostly standalone adventures plus multi-part serials like Treasure of the Golden Suns. The second season adds Bubba the cave duck, brought home from prehistory in Time Is Money, and Fenton Crackshell, Scrooge's accountant, who becomes the armoured hero GizmoDuck in Super DuckTales. DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp reached theaters in 1990.

How DuckTales ends

DuckTales ended without a series finale. The last episode to air, the second part of "The Golden Goose" (1990), has Scrooge and Launchpad racing Glomgold and the Beagle Boys for a goose that turns everything to gold, and it plays like any other adventure rather than a goodbye. A rebooted DuckTales ran from 2017 to 2021, ending with "The Last Adventure!"

Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers recap

Chip and Dale, the chipmunks from the classic shorts, run a detective agency called the Rescue Rangers, taking on cases too small for the police, usually for animal clients. Chip is the serious leader in a fedora and bomber jacket; Dale is the goofy one in a Hawaiian shirt. They team up with Gadget Hackwrench, a brilliant mouse inventor and pilot, Monterey Jack, a big-hearted Australian mouse who cannot resist cheese, and Zipper, a tiny housefly. The pilot story, To the Rescue, shows the team forming while trying to clear a police detective framed by the criminal Aldrin Klordane and his henchman Fat Cat, a crime boss cat who becomes their main enemy. Other regular foes include the mad scientist Professor Norton Nimnul. The show ran 65 episodes from 1989 to 1990, mostly standalone cases, with Chip and Dale often competing for Gadget's attention.

How Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers ends

Rescue Rangers ended without a finale; the last episodes in 1990 are ordinary standalone cases. The characters came back in the 2022 Disney+ film Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, a live-action and animated comedy that treats the show as a real TV series whose stars, Chip and Dale, have drifted apart decades later and reunite to solve a real case.

TaleSpin recap

TaleSpin reimagines The Jungle Book characters in a 1930s-style city of pilots and air pirates. Baloo is a lazy but skilled bush pilot flying a cargo seaplane, the Sea Duck, out of the harbour city of Cape Suzette. In the opening movie, Plunder & Lightning, he meets Kit Cloudkicker, a young bear cub who has run away from Don Karnage's air pirates, and becomes his navigator and surrogate son, while Baloo loses his plane and has to work for Rebecca Cunningham, a businesswoman who buys it and starts the company Higher for Hire. Rebecca's young daughter Molly and the dreamy mechanic Wildcat round out the crew. Their recurring enemies are Karnage and his pirates, the ruthless tycoon Shere Khan, and the military state of Thembria. The show ran for a single season of 65 episodes.

How TaleSpin ends

TaleSpin ended without a finale. Its 65th and last episode aired in August 1991 as another standalone adventure, with Baloo, Kit and Rebecca still flying cargo, and the show lived on in reruns on the Disney Afternoon. The characters later made cameos in other Disney projects, including the 2022 Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers film, and Dynamite announced a new TaleSpin comic series in 2026.

He adopts Gosalyn, a hyperactive orphan girl who wants to join the action, and Launchpad McQuack from DuckTales becomes his sidekick and pilot. Next door live the Muddlefoots, whose son Honker is Gosalyn's best friend. Darkwing's rogues include his evil double Negaduck, the plant mutant Bushroot, Megavolt, the toymaker Quackerjack, the water villain Liquidator and the spy organisation F.O.W.L., led in the field by Steelbeak. Gargoyles recap

In 994, a clan of gargoyles who guard a Scottish castle by night and turn to stone by day is betrayed, and their leader Goliath and a few survivors are cursed to sleep in stone. In 1994, billionaire David Xanatos moves the castle to the top of his Manhattan skyscraper, which breaks the spell. Goliath, his mentor Hudson, the young trio Brooklyn, Lexington and Broadway, and the beast Bronx learn to live in modern New York, helped by police detective Elisa Maza. Their enemies include Xanatos and Goliath's former love Demona, who now hates humanity. Season 2 widens the world: Macbeth, the Third Race of Oberon's children, and a long World Tour in which Goliath, Elisa, Bronx and Goliath's daughter Angela sail from Avalon to gargoyle clans around the globe. Xanatos slowly turns from villain to uneasy ally, and Goliath and Elisa fall for each other.

How Gargoyles ends

The creator's story ends with the three-part "Hunter's Moon": the Canmore siblings, a family of gargoyle hunters, destroy the clan's clock tower home and expose them to the public, while Demona's plan to wipe out humanity with a virus is stopped. A third season, The Goliath Chronicles (1996 to 1997), is not considered canon and ends with the anti-gargoyle Quarrymen discredited. Comics have continued the original story since 2006, and Disney was reported in 2026 to be developing a new animated series.

TJ Detweiler is the leader of a tight group of fourth graders: the athlete Vince, the tough Spinelli, the genius Gretchen, the gentle giant Mikey and Gus, the shy new kid from a military family. They face off against the playground monitor Miss Finster, Principal Prickly, the snitch Randall and the tattling Ashley clique, while King Bob rules the playground from his jungle gym throne. Across four seasons, from 1997 to 2001, the episodes are mostly standalone stories about loyalty, fairness and staying true to friends. The theatrical film Recess: School's Out (2001) has the gang stop a former principal from abolishing summer vacation.

How Recess ends

The TV series ended without a true finale; its last broadcast episodes in 2001 were the Halloween anthology "Terrifying Tales of Recess" and ordinary leftover stories. The 2003 direct-to-video film Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade works as the ending, sending the gang into fifth grade, where TJ takes on the school board and Spinelli worries she is too old for trick-or-treating.

Phineas and Ferb recap

Stepbrothers Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher are determined to make every day of their summer vacation in Danville count, so they build something enormous: a roller coaster, a time machine, a beach in the backyard. Their older sister Candace spends each episode trying to bust them to their mother Linda, but by the time Mom looks, the project has vanished. That is usually thanks to Perry, the family's pet platypus, who is secretly Agent P of the O.W.C.A. and whose fight with the inept evil scientist Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz knocks it away. Isabella, who has a crush on Phineas, Baljeet and Buford are always around. How Phineas and Ferb ends

The original finale, "Last Day of Summer" (2015), has Candace set off Doofenshmirtz's Do-Over-Inator, sending the last day into a loop that starts to erase things from existence, including her brothers; she saves the day by throwing a spoon at the device's self-destruct button. Candace Against the Universe followed on Disney+ in 2020, and a revival began in 2025, with its sixth season starting in October 2026.
