Venom: Let There Be Carnage recap

Cletus Kasady, a serial killer on death row, asks for Eddie Brock as the only reporter he will talk to. Venom spots clues in Kasady's cell drawings that reveal where his victims are buried, which revives Eddie's career and sends Kasady to execution. Eddie and Venom fight about Venom's urge to eat people, and they split up. During a last visit, Kasady bites Eddie and swallows some symbiote blood, and at his execution, a new red symbiote, Carnage, emerges and frees him. Kasady breaks his childhood love, Frances Barrison, out of the Ravencroft institute; she has a sonic scream that hurts symbiotes. Anne, now engaged to Dr. Dan Lewis, helps Eddie and Venom reunite, and Kasady and Frances kidnap her to force a showdown at their wedding in a cathedral.
