Incredibles 2 recap
Moments after the first film, the Parrs fight the Underminer and fail to stop him, and superheroes remain illegal. The telecom tycoon Winston Deavor and his sister Evelyn, an inventor, want to restore their legal status with a publicity campaign, and choose Helen, Elastigirl, as its face. Bob stays home with Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack, struggling with homework, Violet's broken heart, and Jack-Jack's growing list of powers. Edna Mode helps him with a suit to control the baby. Helen fights a villain called the Screenslaver, who hypnotises people through screens, and catches a pizza delivery man in his costume. Helen realises he was being controlled himself, and the real Screenslaver is Evelyn, who hypnotises Helen.
Incredibles 2 ending explained

Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack, with Frozone, free their parents, and the family steers the ship to safety. Evelyn is arrested, and superheroes become legal again.
