Resident Evil: Extinction recap

Five years after Raccoon City, the T-virus has spread across the world and dried up the land. Alice wanders the desert alone, avoiding Umbrella, which is tracking her through satellites, while Dr. Isaacs in an underground lab clones Alice to make a cure from her blood. Claire Redfield leads a convoy of survivors that includes Carlos, L.J. and a teenager, K-Mart. Alice saves them from a flock of infected crows with new telekinetic powers and convinces them to head for Alaska, which may be free of infection. Isaacs, defying the Umbrella chairman Albert Wesker, ambushes the convoy in Las Vegas with zombies he has bred to be faster. L.J., who hid a bite, turns and bites Carlos. Isaacs is bitten and injects himself with a heavy dose of the antivirus, which turns him into a monstrous Tyrant.

Resident Evil: Extinction ending explained

Alice kills Isaacs in a laser corridor copied from the Hive, and the convoy flies to Alaska while Alice vows to come after Wesker. Carlos drives a tanker of explosives into the horde to clear the way, and Claire takes the survivors north by helicopter. A surviving Alice clone saves the real Alice from the lasers. In Tokyo, Alice appears at Wesker's meeting by hologram and warns him that she and her clones are coming.
