The story
When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, Carol's powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol's estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe.
The Marvels recap
Dar-Benn, a Kree leader, uses a Quantum Band, the twin of Kamala Khan's bangle, to tear jump points in space and steal resources for the Kree homeworld, Hala, which has been dying since Carol Danvers destroyed the Supreme Intelligence. When Carol, Monica Rambeau, now a S.A.B.E.R. astronaut with light powers, and Kamala use their powers at the same time, they swap places. They team up from Kamala's family home in Jersey City. Dar-Benn attacks a Skrull refugee planet and then Aladna, where people speak in song and Carol is married to Prince Yan. Dar-Benn gets both bands and opens a large tear to steal Earth's sun for Hala.
The Marvels ending explained
Dar-Benn dies as she overloads the bands. Carol restores Hala's sun, and Monica closes the tear with her powers, trapping herself on the other side. Kamala returns home.
Post-credits scenes
Yes. In the mid-credits scene, Monica wakes in another universe where her mother, Maria Rambeau, is the hero Binary and Hank McCoy, the X-Man Beast, treats her. In the post-credits scene, Kamala visits Kate Bishop to recruit her for a new team and mentions Cassie Lang.
