Ant-Man and the Wasp recap
Scott Lang is under house arrest for fighting in Civil War, with three days left. After he has a dream about Janet van Dyne, Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne, now fugitives, kidnap him and build a tunnel into the Quantum Realm to find Janet. Black market dealer Sonny Burch wants their technology, and a phasing woman called Ghost keeps stealing their shrinking lab. Ghost is Ava Starr, whose father, a former partner of Hank's, caused the accident that left her in constant pain; she wants to take Janet's quantum energy to heal herself, helped by Hank's old colleague Bill Foster. Scott must keep slipping home before the FBI agent watching him notices. Janet briefly takes over Scott's body to give them coordinates.
