Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla recap
On Okinawa, a priestess of the Azumi royal family has a vision of a monster destroying a city, and an excavation uncovers a prophecy and a statue of King Caesar, the island's guardian monster. Masahiko Shimizu finds a strange metal in a cave and gives it to Professor Miyajima, who says it is space titanium. A Godzilla appears from Mount Fuji and attacks Anguirus, then meets the real Godzilla, and the fake is revealed as Mechagodzilla, a robot built by the Simeons, ape-like aliens from the Third Planet of the Black Hole, who plan to conquer Earth. The Simeons kidnap Miyajima to repair Mechagodzilla, while Interpol agent Nanbara tracks them. A red moon tells the heroes it is time to wake King Caesar.
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla ending explained
