Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted recap

Tired of waiting in Africa, Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman follow the penguins to Monte Carlo, where they wreck a casino and come to the attention of Captain Chantel DuBois, an animal-control officer obsessed with mounting Alex's head. To escape her, they join a run-down travelling circus, telling the performers they are circus animals themselves. The circus includes the tiger Vitaly, whose fire-ring jump failed, the jaguar Gia and the sea lion Stefano. Alex persuades them to put on a modern show in Rome and London to win an American tour, and the performers rediscover their love of the circus. Alex and Gia fall for each other. In London, the show is a hit and the circus is bought by an American promoter.
