Tarzan recap
A shipwrecked couple build a treehouse in the African jungle and are killed by a leopard, Sabor, leaving their baby son alive. The gorilla Kala, who has lost her own baby to Sabor, adopts him and names him Tarzan, despite her mate Kerchak, the troop leader, refusing to accept him. Tarzan grows up trying to prove himself, and as a young man kills Sabor. Then a team of humans arrives: the professor Archimedes Porter, his daughter Jane, and their guide, the hunter Clayton. Tarzan saves Jane from baboons and is fascinated by her, and she and her father teach him about the human world. Clayton wants to find the gorillas to capture them, and convinces Tarzan that Jane will stay if he shows them the gorillas, which ends in a fight with Kerchak.
Tarzan ending explained
Tarzan defeats Clayton, who dies tangled in vines, and Kerchak, dying, names Tarzan leader of the gorillas; Jane and her father stay in the jungle with him. Clayton captures the gorillas and the humans, but Tarzan and his friends free them. Clayton shoots Kerchak and fights Tarzan in the trees, accidentally hanging himself.
