Final Destination Bloodlines recap
In 1969, Iris Campbell has a vision of the Skyview tower restaurant collapsing and saves the people inside, which breaks Death's design. Decades later, her granddaughter Stefani Reyes, a college student, keeps dreaming of that night. She goes home to find Iris, who has hidden for years in a fortified cabin, and Iris tells her that Death has been killing the Skyview survivors and their descendants, and is now coming for their family. Iris then dies, impaled by a weather vane. Stefani's uncle Howard is killed by a lawnmower and her cousin Julia by a garbage truck. Her cousin Erik turns out not to be a blood relative, and William Bludworth, dying himself, tells them a death and revival might count. Erik and Bobby are killed at a hospital trying it.
Final Destination Bloodlines ending explained

A week later, a doctor tells them she was never clinically dead, so the trick failed, and moments later a derailed train's cargo of logs kills Stefani and Charlie.
