Treasure Planet recap

Jim Hawkins is a teenager on the planet Montressor who helps his mother run the Benbow Inn. A dying alien pirate, Billy Bones, gives him a sphere and warns him about "the cyborg". Pirates burn down the inn, and the sphere turns out to be a map to Treasure Planet, where the legendary pirate Captain Flint hid his treasure. Jim and the astronomer Dr. Doppler hire the ship RLS Legacy, commanded by Captain Amelia. Jim works in the galley under the cook John Silver, a cyborg, who becomes a father figure to him. Jim overhears Silver planning a mutiny. The crew rises up, and Jim escapes with the map, Doppler and the wounded Amelia, and lands on Treasure Planet. There they meet B.E.N., a robot left behind by Flint who has lost his memory.

Treasure Planet ending explained

Jim saves the crew from the exploding planet, Silver lets him go and escapes with a little treasure, and Jim enters the Interstellar Academy. On the planet, the robot B.E.N. leads them to Flint's treasure, which is a trap, and the planet begins to explode. Silver chooses Jim over the treasure, and Jim steers the ship through a portal.
