Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened recap

Five Genesect, revived from fossils after 300 million years, arrive in New Tork City. Ash, Iris and Cilan befriend a lost one at Pokémon Hills, a nature park, but the group's leader, a red Genesect, attacks them. A Mewtwo, a different one from the first film, steps in. The Genesect drive the park's Pokémon out and build a giant nest around the city's power station, near Panna lotuses that remind them of their lost home. Mewtwo, who knows what it means to be made by humans, tries to persuade the red Genesect to stop, and the two fight across the city. The park's Pokémon battle the other Genesect, the friendly Genesect takes a hit meant for Ash, and the fighting sets the nest on fire. Ash's Oshawott and the wild Pokémon rush to put it out.
