Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life recap

Long ago, Arceus lent the Jewel of Life to a man named Damos to bring the wasteland of Michina back to life, on condition that it be returned. Arceus believed it was betrayed and swore to take revenge on humanity when it woke. In the present, its waking warps time and space, drawing Dialga, Palkia and Giratina into conflict. Ash, Dawn and Brock meet Sheena, a descendant of Damos who can sense Pokémon's feelings. When Arceus rises and is given a fake Jewel, it begins destroying everything, and Dialga sends Ash and his friends back in time. In the past, they learn that Damos was framed by his adviser, Marcus, who kept the Jewel for himself and planned to kill Arceus and take all of its power.

Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life ending explained

Ash and his friends free Damos, stop Marcus's attack on Arceus and return the Jewel, and Arceus recovers. Because history has changed, Arceus never carried its grudge forward, and back in the present it stops its rampage and heals Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. A mural left by Damos thanks Ash and his friends, and Michina is still green, kept that way by its people. The legendary Pokémon return to their own dimensions.
