One Piece Film: Strong World recap

Shiki the Golden Lion, a legendary pirate who escaped Impel Down 20 years ago, arrives in East Blue on his flying ship. He has the power to make objects float and has raised whole islands into the sky. He kidnaps Nami to make her his navigator. His plan is to release the genetically enhanced animals of his floating islands on East Blue to force the World Government to surrender. The Straw Hats split up across the islands to find her, and Zoro and Chopper help a village poisoned by toxic plants; the cure, a plant called IQ, is held by Shiki's scientist, Dr. Indigo. Nami escapes with help from Billy, a bird that makes electricity, but Shiki offers to spare her home village if she rejoins him, and she goes back, leaving a farewell message on a tone dial that angers Luffy. The crew strikes first, and Zoro defeats Indigo to get the medicine.
