The story
All Might and Deku accept an invitation to go abroad to a floating and mobile manmade city, called 'I-Island', where they research quirks as well as hero supplemental items at the special 'I-Expo' convention that is currently being held on the island. During that time, suddenly, despite an iron wall of security surrounding the island, the system is breached by a villain, and the only ones able to stop him are the students of Class 1-A.
My Hero Academia: Two Heroes recap
My Hero Academia: Two Heroes (2018) takes Izuku Midoriya and All Might to I-Island, a floating city of scientists, where villains take the whole island hostage. Directed by Kenji Nagasaki from a script by Yosuke Kuroda, the first film is an original story set during summer break between the Final Exams and Forest Training Camp arcs. All Might visits his old friend David Shield, an inventor whose tests show that One For All is nearly spent, while David's Quirkless daughter Melissa gives Izuku a gauntlet that lets him punch at full power. During a gala, the villain Wolfram seizes the island's security system and binds every pro hero present. Izuku and his classmates climb the central tower to free them, and learn that David staged the attack to steal back a Quirk-amplifying device he hoped would keep All Might going. Watch it after season 2.
My Hero Academia: Two Heroes ending explained
My Hero Academia: Two Heroes ends with Wolfram, a real villain hired by David's assistant, using the amplifier and a second Quirk from All For One to build a giant metal body. Class 1-A holds him off until Izuku and All Might strike together and free David. The heroes reflect that Izuku and Melissa are the next generation.
