Doctor Who: Series 5 recap
The newly regenerated Eleventh Doctor crashes into the garden of seven-year-old Amelia Pond, promises to come back in five minutes, and returns twelve years later. Amy, now grown, runs away with him the night before her wedding, and he later brings her fiance Rory along. A crack in Amy's bedroom wall follows them through time, erasing anything that falls into it. They meet Churchill's Daleks, the Weeping Angels with River Song, and Vincent van Gogh. Rory is killed and erased by the crack, and Amy forgets he existed.
Doctor Who: Series 5 ending explained
The Doctor's enemies build the Pandorica, a prison made to hold him, believing he will cause the explosion that is cracking the universe.
