The Bourne Supremacy recap

Two years later, Bourne and Marie live quietly in Goa, India. In Berlin, a CIA operation run by Pamela Landy to buy files about a theft of $20 million is ambushed by a Russian assassin, Kirill, working for oil magnate Yuri Gretkov, who plants Bourne's fingerprint to frame him. Kirill then goes to Goa to kill Bourne, but in the chase he shoots Marie, who dies. Bourne goes to Naples, then Munich and Berlin to find out why. He learns that Ward Abbott and Gretkov stole the money and that Abbott had the deal sabotaged to protect himself. Bourne kills Jarda, the last other Treadstone agent, and confronts Abbott, recording his confession. Abbott shoots himself. Bourne remembers his first Treadstone mission in Berlin: killing a Russian politician, Vladimir Neski, and his wife, staged to look like a murder suicide.

The Bourne Supremacy ending explained
